Frequently Asked Questions

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. While our practices commonly have a therapeutic effect on our clients, we are not psycho-analyzing or diagnosing you. Coaching involves partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Our focus is on helping you set clear intentions and achieve goals.

What does metaphysical guidance mean?

In simple terms, it means moving beyond the physical world to look for answers within ourselves. We want you to get out of your head and into your heart and body to receive authentic insight on who you are and what you want.

What do you mean by plant medicine?

Plant medicine means many things to many people. The way we use it in this program is an individualized introduction to the power of plants for connection, introspection, and, at times, healing and transformation. After understanding where you are in your life journey, we will introduce or recommend incorporating plants into your daily routine if it will be helpful. Just like people, each plant has a different energy and gift and they can be used to supplement other practices for optimal overall health and wellbeing.
